If you’re here, there’s a good chance something feels heavy right now. Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected in your relationships, uncertain about your next steps, or simply carrying more than you were meant to carry alone.
Seeking counselling can feel vulnerable — especially when your faith is an important part of how you understand yourself, your relationships and the challenges you’re facing.
My hope is to offer a space that feels safe, compassionate and grounded. A space where you don’t need to perform, have everything figured out, or explain your faith in order to be understood. I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of experiences, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, grief, life transitions and personal struggles that can feel difficult to name.
My approach integrates proven counselling approaches with thoughtful Christian faith, always at a pace that feels respectful and supportive for you.
If you’d like to start receiving support that honours your beliefs and values, book online today.
